Dato’ Khairul Yusni Bin Hj Md Yusuf was appointed to the board of AZ Land & Properties Sdn Bhd as a Chairman effective August 1, 2020. He is also the Director of Business Development in Ahmad Zaki Resources Berhad, a position he held since October 1, 2019. He graduated from the Royal Navy International Communication Specialization at HMS Mercury, Portsmouth, UK in 1981 and from the Armed Forces Staff College, Haigate Kuala Lumpur in 1991. He started his career at the Royal Malaysian Navy from 1977 until 1996 prior to joining the government sector in 2001 until 2008 under the Ministry of Agriculture (2001-2003), Ministry of Higher Education (2004) and the Economic Planning Unit, Prime Minister Department (2006-2008). He also has extensive experience in the private sector. Prior to joining AZRB, he was the Director of Special Projects at Encorp Berhad and the General Manager of Government Liason at MMC Corporation Berhad.
